I did okay today on calories and really good on protein..

6:00 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, 1 b-12 sublingual
6:30 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup motts fruit sauce
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, 1 biotin, 1 omega 3 fish oil, 1 calcium citrate
9:05 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 oz turkey bologna
9:30 am 1 medium pear
10:00 am 12 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
11:00 am 4 oz beef stew meat, œ sweet potato, œ cup carrots, 1 cup broth
11:30 am 12 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
12:30 pm 6 oz V8 Juice, 2 calcium carbonate chews
12:45 pm 12 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit
1:00 pm 3 oz beef steak, 1/4 cup creamed sweet peas, 2 vitamin c chewables
1:30 pm 2 Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Cupcakes (1/12 of the box) , 2 multi vitamins
2:00 pm 12 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit
4:30 pm 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Fruit Juicy Red
 5:45 pm Sam's Choice Stuffed Chicken Breast (Swiss Cheese, Crimini and Button Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast) , 1/3 mashed potato, 1/2 cup of canned peas   Off to Wii for a half hour...Or maybe bowling for a half hour.   Totals for the day: Calories: 1747 Fat: 67.2 Carbs: 156.1 Protein: 137.7   I'm headed back to Walmart to get more of this stuffed chicken...YUMO!

You did have a good day! I have not doen bowling on the wii yet. We do not have one but our neighbors do, and they share! Too many carbs but I had limited choices as I fogot my lunch and the cafeteria only had one choice due to remodeling.
0800-oatmeal w/ splenda and soy milk
1200-chicken enchilada casserole
1500-ka****rail mix bar
1800-chicken creamed spinach and 1/4 c brown rice
2000-apple crisp; recipe off the back of splenda brown sugar blend. I only put half as much topping on to save calories. It is in the oven now and smells so good!
Most of my water, half my vitamins and no exercise. I am such a wimp, I am still tired from one stinking night shift!  I admire those that can work nights on a regular basis! I jst remebered I had some grapes and one square of girhadelli chocolate with caramel after lunch. I knew I was feeling guilty for a reason.

What seems to work on the Wii is getting everyone in the family involved..My son (age 17) has been trying to beat our scores and that keeps my husband motivated. I don't respond well to competition but I do like to keep my high score the highest. The yoga helps my hips and legs

I do know that when you exercise it uses more of the carbs up so that's why I crave more carbs after a night of the Wii...

I have a marathon baking schedule the rest of this week. I may not get back to the Wii. LOL.

Your list looks good..even with the chocolate. One square of chocolate! Big guilt? LOL

Again, a bad eating day for me. I just feel so blah lately. Not sick but just uninterested in everything.

Breakfast:
Boiled egg

Lunch:
1 small slice of thin crust cheese plzza

Dinner:
smart One's frozen dinner .. ate only 1/2 of it

Snack:
Protein shake

This time of year depression is a real problem. If something is bothering you, you need to address that. If someone is bothering you, you definitely need to address that. In me, when I eat bad and don't eat enough, it's because I'm mad at someone. And I get mad because I'm mad at them but taking it out on myself...That's just not right.

Please take care of yourself.
