It's actually soy chorizo---faux meat! The quiches are a mere 190 cals--- I highly recommend them!

Faux Chorizo! How cool! I just got the taco tvp from Harmony House Foods on line. I can hardly wait to make something like that...I'm thinking Eggface crustless quiches with the tvp and eggs and cheese!!! Hmmm. Making my self hungry.

I worked night shift last night so my list looks short but I had a half a sandwich at 0330 and graham crackers with PB at 0630. I slept until 1400 then got up went to Zumba. Once home showered ate dinner and read the Sunday paper. I am ready to go back to bed!
0800-steel cut oats w/ soy milk and splenda
1400-cheese stick
1800-beef brisket, 1/4 C brown rice and the last of my creamed spinach(low fat)
2100-not sure maybe nothing
I have only had 24 0z of water since I got up but will call it good or I will be up peeing all night, took my iron. I will be back on track tomorrow. I am so ready for this week to be over and enjoy my long weekend. I am just pretending I will get a long  weekend I am sure I will be working extra because we need the money but I can dream!

Usually I go shopping on Black friday but this year, hubby says just send the kids and grandkids baked goods so I'll be at home working from my kitchen making stuff...He got me a stand mixer and I may just wear that sucker out working it to death.

Sorry you have to work. I'm thinking as tired as working in my kitchen would make me, working at my desk might be better..LOL. NOT.

Your list looks good from here. Keep up the good work! See ya!

What happened? Did you react to the bacon or the grits or something from outside (stress)...This is a short list and more carbs than usual.

Are you doing okay today, now? Feeling better?
