Accountability - Friday

I decided last night that I don't want to cook Thanksgiving dinner and tried to get us (the three of us) invited to my sister's house but, silly me, she's not making dinner either. I guess I watch too much television around here! I saw ANOTHER study where they said limiting your intake to (for women) 1600 calories and doing 20 minutes of exercise a day might make you live longer (to the tune of 125 years!). They showed a bunch of people and one woman who was 95 years old and going to go sky diving in January...Who lives to 95 years old? Yikes.
Your list looks good. LOVE bananas. I've been talking to my son (actually begging him) about eating fruit and asked him to name ANY fruit and I'll buy it if he'll eat it (his problem is 103 pounds at 5 ft 10 inches tall, eats nothing but bread and meat...) I'm hoping bananas might lead to something "stronger" like {gasp!} apples..LOL.
There has to be some way to get that mocha a bit skinnier but you're doing good anyway...Especially with dinner.
See ya.

Dana!
Nice to see you around. I just saw a report this very morning regarding journalling your food if you want to get control of your weight or health and whether you write it down or do it digitally, it works. The report said if you text in your lists to something like this thread you tend to do better but it was a small survey and not detailed enough.
I seriously believe that my diary on fitday has totally contributed to me having control over my diet. I hope to see you around. I hope I don't chew people up on this thread and if I do, someone needs to let me know. We're all in the same boat and NONE of us is an expert...
