You do so good! I'm interested in that Vodka sauce and can you drink it on ice? LOL. Actually it sounds really good.

You probably should find some greek yogurt with alittle fat in it or start putting some butter on your flat wrap..Go get some cheese slices with alittle fat in them...

Kashi go poop is okay but little fat goes a long way, if you catch my drift.

Keep up the good work.

I sometimes eat fat, sometimes don't. It's the only way I can keep the calories in check, some days. I don't like it in the yogurt, but often have it in cheese and peanut butter.

Vodka sauce is pre-made from a local store-- is 70 cals per 1/4-- and contains fat, (lots of parmesan cheese in it!)

HELLLO Independence! (said like Robin Williams in Hello Vietnam)..LOL.

It's only my opinion, but I think if you add alittle protein to your meals and snacks you might find that your body responds to that. Some protein powder in that cream of wheat. Go with some cheese sticks wrapped with ham or something...Looks like you got the carbs covered but the protein is just alittle low. Three hours between eating something isn't bad but just lacking in protein..

For crunchy, celery with peanut butter. For toast, add peanut butter or some cheese...

You're calories are so low, you're doing really good. See ya!

Well, whatever it takes to get you eating but you could get some protein to add to that coffee...Have you ever tried those little splenda sticks that have flavors for your coffee? I put No Sugar Added Swiss Miss in my coffee and that actually puts 2 grams of protein into my coffee in the morning.

A tiny piece of cheese or some peanut butter on that biscuit! Did you eat any of the chicken with those dumplings? Slide those dumplings asside and eat a tiny piece of chicken.

We're having these same issues with our son. His BMI is 15. He's 5 ft 10 inches tall and weighs 103 pounds. He saw me struggle with my weight and is obsessed with not eating. We got him on the Wii yesterday and so he's exercising but I'm afraid it's because he's afraid to get fat...I MADE him eat a bite of green beans last night. He's only eating meat and bread..

Any ideas on how to get through to him? I mean you live with this in your life and maybe you could give me some pointers.

2 mini snickers bars aren't really too bad a screw up. If you're gonna screw up, peanuts should always be involved. LOL...

I love those WW meals. I don't believe I've seen one with asparagus in it...MY FAV veggie! too expensive to have all the time but I actually had some in my vegetable garden and got to eat it very fresh...Good stuff and not hard to grow, at least here.

Keep up the good work. See ya!
