Here's my damage for today...

Breakfast:
2 Medium boiled eggs w/ hot sauce

Snack:
3 strips of turkey bacon
Protein hot chocolate

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine .. steak & broccoli
Carb/sugar control yogart

Snack:
1/2 a blueberry muffin .. in a meeting at work

Dinner: (leftovers)
Baked BBQ chicken thigh
1/2 C. collard greens
1/4 C. Pinto's

Well, I made it..Here's my stuff for the day. I kept track of where I was before lunch too.


5:30 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1 motts Peach medley, 1 biotin, 1 omega 3 fish oil, 1 B-12, 1 calcium citrate
7:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:00am 12 oz V-8 Juice
8:15 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 oz turkey bologna, 1 calcium carbonate chew (sugar free)
8:45 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:00 am 2 oz tuna with mayo, 1 oz Mozzerella cheese (no crackers darn it!) I calcium carbonate chew (sugar free)
10:45 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
12:15 pm 1 mussel, 3 oz chicken thigh meat, 2 stuffed mushrooms, œ egg foo young. 1 spring roll, 1 sushi roll, œ oz flaked lobster, 1 pork dumpling

I'm happy with that.

well here is my first day eating healthy... how did i do?  Anita


breakfast
1 cup vanilla soy milk - 6 protein
1 scoop cho protein powder - 18 protein

lunch
3 oz turkey
few bites of mashed potato
few bites of stuffing
1/2 cup broccoli
maybe 1/4 c. ambrosia salad

snack before work
1 colby  jack cheese 5 protein
1 slice ham    - 5 protein
1 slice turkey - 5 protein
6 turkey sausage snack bites - 7 protein

Dinner
weigh****chers smart ones salisbury steak with mushroom gravy and asparagus- 19 protein

Snack
2 graham crackers with peanut butter

D.....3 small yeast rolls and 1/2 baked potato with cheese.

Doctor said I was getting to much water it was washing away my soidum so I had to cut back on the water to 40 oz a day. So I got in all my water.

Not sure how many calories

I would say next to no calories at all....No protein to speak of.

Try a small piece of fruit for breakfast and a handful of almonds or peanuts for lunch...Nothing huge, just a few nuts...That would at least give you one almost meal a day...protein, carbs, cheese and some fruit...ONE MEAL...
