I will start this, Dawn must be busy and I sleep better once ZI have confessed; I mean posted! Tomorrow is Wednesday, the week is almost half over!
0900-egg beater omellette with low fat cheese, bacon and lots of veggies
1130-Ka****rail mix granola bar
1300-1 C brocoli soup, 1/4 C cottage cheesew/ frozen raspberries
1500-string cheese and canned NSA peaches
1730-3 oz steak and 1/2 C brocoliw sprinkle 2% cheese
1930-egg salad on 1 slice low carb bread
Also had 3 pieces of SF almond Roca
All my water, vitamins and calcium. I ran tonight but only 20 minutes half on the treadmill and half on the indoor track. I could not get into it on the treadmill, have not been on one for months and I guess I am just used to running on land! I dwoned 16 0z before getting to the Y so I had to stop twice to pee; how annoying!

I love jerky as a snack..I'm trying so hard to keep my protein up but not too much so I"m staying away from that unless I need it.

Another great list...You are doing so well. Keep up the good work. See ya.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
