Well, here it is:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, 1 B-12 500mcg
6:00 am 1/3 c oatmeal, œ oz soy protein powder, 1/4 c TVP, 1 c Motts fruit sauce, 1 c soy milk
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA and biotin(1000 mcg), calcium citrate 200 iu, omega fish oil
7:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Rasp Lemonade
8:00 am 1 oz Motz Cheese stick, 1 oz Turkey Bologna
8:30 am 1 medium banana, 2 calcium carbonate chews sugar free (400 iu?),
9:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:30 am 12 oz Zingers Drink Mix, Wild Berry Chill Herb Tea
10:30 am 4 oz salmon, 1 cup lettuce, œ small zucchini raw, œ raw tomato, œ cup canned cooked carrots, 1 chewable Centrum Adult Vitamin
11:00 am 12 oz Zingers Drink Mix, Wild Berry Chill Herb Tea
11:30 am 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit
12:30 pm 2 mini blueberry muffins, Sugar Free
1:15 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Sunsplash Orange
2:45 pm 4 oz Dannon Yogurt, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 medium orange 4:30 pm 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit 5:15 pm 1 sugar free white chocolate chip cookie 6:15 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1/8 mashed potato, 1/8 cup canned peas (couldn't even eat 1/4 of these...pork chop did me in). Later: 1 serving of kettle corn popcorn. Totals: Calories: 1854 Fat: 64.8 Carb: 197.5 Protein: 135.3 My new goal is to keep my protein at 30% for the day..I had to add the popcorn...What a sacrifice! LOL. Now, I'm off to Wii for the evening..30 minutes at least and running; step routine too...How did you all do?

Today was my first back day back on the job after my 10 days off! I enjoyed it.
Breakfast:
1 lg. scrambled egg
1 italian turkey sausage link
Snack:
Apple
1 oz RF cheddar cheese
Lunch: (cleaned out the fridge)
1 stuffed cabbage roll
Home made beef stew.. yummy! Didn't eat any of the potatoes. just meat and veggies
Snack:
Carb/sugar control yogart
Dinner:
1 Lg slice of thin crust Plzza.. sausage & onion
Small Gargen salad
Snack:

Few slices of fresh mango
Nice to get back to normal life again, isn't it...I find it sort of comforting to get back to work after a vacation...Back to the same routine..
Good job! You list seems really short today. Do you know the calories and stats? I would bet about 1200 calories if I was to guess.

Wow...I was pretty close..
My husband and I can pretty much eye - ball a piece of steak or chicken and tell within a half an ounce how much it weighs..That sort of thing comes from experience!

Good job on the Wii! I had a carb filled day now that I think of it;oops! I will watch it better tomorrow. I had a busy day at work; 3 to go since I am taking friday off. I got a B-12 injection today;OUCH!!

1400- other half of macNcheese- why did I not throw it away when I was able to stop at 1/2 earlier?

It really makes a difference to write it down...You can see where you went wrong or right in black and white...I've been briefly checking my percentages on fitday throughout the day to make sure I keep it at 30% for protein..
With an hour of Zumba you probably got enough carbs to cover that. I have the same problem with throwing things away. I suspect it was from being raised by parents who lived through the depression: clean your plate...that sort of thing..waste not; want not...
