Accountability - Sunday
What a day. I had a great weekend..So much going on.
Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, banana. coffee
Second breakfast: 2 large fried eggs on top of home fries. I ordered the wrong ones and got the ones with bacon, ham and bacon..Couldn't eat all that.
Lunch: left over chicken taco and refried beans with cheese
Dinner: 4 oz salmon, 1/2 a small baked yam and a half cup of carrots
Dessert: 2 sugar free muffins (I nearly forgot about these...Mindless eating!)
Totals for the day:
Calories; 1652
Fat: 65
Carbs: 170.4
Protein: 110.4
Yeah, low on all fronts. I can go much lower..I also worked on the Wii for 38 minutes last night. I did the log distance jog and alot of aerobics.
I got a few answers on protein levels and I'm right on the money where that is concerned...30%. I even went back 2 months to see what my average is...30%...Perfect.

OH MY! LOL...You did crash and burn on Sunday but it's only one day and it can't do much damage...I might have been sick as a dog with the spaghetti...But I'm not so sure anymore. I'm getting carb resistant lately. Makes me crazy. That last cupcake is a good thing...No more temptations.
Now, that hot chocolate would be great with a homemade sugar free marshmallow floating in it...heheheh...I'm so dorky. I'm sitting here with five of those little fellas at my desk here...Gotta make some hot chocolate to go with them..
