The weekend has begun! I sure don't remember to eat on the weekends! Walked all over doing our shopping. I ordered my organic turkey and shopped at Walmart (I"m seriously thinking Walmart should be an olympic event...I'd gold medal each and every time!)

Breakfast: Oatmeal, TVP, Soy Milk, Motts Fruit Sauce

Second Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with green chili's and swiss cheese, 2/3 cup home fried potatoes, and actually 2 pieces of rye toast..TWO PIECES...I can't believe that I was able to eat that much bread but we were talking and I was mindlessly nibbling. My worst thing.

Lunch (much later) 1 cup of home made beef stew (that's dh!) with 2 tablespoons of fat free sour cream and then a 1/2 cup of sugar free ice cream (the last of that nemesis!)

Dinner: 3 oz of grilled beef steak, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup italian green beans canned.
I'm off to Wii for a half hour.

Totals are:

Calories: 1720
Fat: 65.5
Carbs: 187.3
Protein: 102.6

Even with dessert today I didn't get that much. I'm thinking Thanksgiving now...I'm such a foodie..LOL

So? How about you guys? How did you do today?

I rarely go to Wal Mart as none are close to me. There is a super next to our meeting place for our monthly support group. Once a month my friend and I meet for dinner, go to Super Supplements, attend our support grpup then we go to wal mart and look at averything! It is quite large and takes us at least 2 hours; I really look forward to this.
0730- EAS RTD protein
1000-fried egg w 2% cheese, veggie sausage on low carb bread
1300-1/2 piece of strawberry cake, 1/2 bowl soup- too full to finish I am sure it was not the cake I ate first!
1900-crab cakes- yum very meaty and hardly any breading, 1 piece bread with butter
2100- skinny cow
Ran 3 miles today-YEAH! all my water, took my iron and B-12; forgot the morning calcium but am going to take some before bed with my skinny cow. Took my sister out for dessert for her birthday and then we went out for dinner later. Nice lazy day. I have housework to do tomorrow!

NOOO>..couldn't be the cake. LOL.

I think Walmart is where I want my ashes spread when I die, LOL. I'm on an organic kick right now. We ordered our organic turkey for Thanksgiving and it's not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but I picked up a few magazines about organics and Amy's is a brand that I've seen at Walmart before. So before I go looking for a case of something, I'm going to go to Walmart and pick me up a couple of Amy's things to give them a try. I know Trader Joes has a bunch of things but, to me, TJ's seems a bit trendy (and thereby EXPENSIVE)

3 mile run...That's awesome. I'm thinking to up my running on Wii Fit from beginner to a longer distance. I can already run past the Mii in front of me and after the dog..

Keep up the good work..See ya!

Fabulous list..I'm getting together a good recipe for pumpkin soup this year...I can hardly wait.

I actually did 30 minutes of Wii last night and we figured we walked 2 miles at Walmart too...We park as far away as we can and then ended up walking from one corner back the to the oposite corner to pick up something we forgot...LOL. Whatever it takes to get more walking in.

You're doing awesome. I think I'm lowering my calories. I've put on over two pounds and it'smaking me crazy thinking about it.

But Dawn-- your goal is 130, yes? So you can afford to gain a few-- in fact you probably should. Have you had your RMR tested?

Yeah, logically I know that I can gain some weight. I'm still not sure how I feel about that. I don't believe I've had my RMR tested.

My surgeon said my goal weight was 125. I stayed there for a long time. Then I started to exercise to get healthier. I know, in my mind that exercise means I will built muscle and I'm pretty sure I can mentally handle that but....that nagging number on the scale. When it goes up, it's all I've got to keep my gut from reacting badly. I take a deep breathe and look at that scale...

I'm a mental case, for sure.

I wish I could forget to eat! On the weekends, i do fine as long as I'm home. When I go out, i make poor choices.

Thanks
