Granted, not the levels of protein I'm used to but maybe I don't need that much protein...I haven't gotten a definitive answer on that yet..

So, how is your pre-weekend weekday? I'm looking forward to the weekend..Maybe Wii for a short tonight...

Yeah; it is the weekend! The best time to interview for a job is when you already have one! You probably did better than you think; we are our own worse critic!
I enjoyed my conference today; did not exercise it is the only day I have missed this week but still feel a little lazy.
0700-EAS RTD protein drink
0900-2 oz cheese, 1/4 blueberry bagel w/ smear of cream cheese
1030-apple-
1230-lunch meat and cheese, 1/2 slice ww bread and salad with a vinnagrette dressing
1600-fiber one bar
1730-1/2 Aunt Annies pretzel
1900-fried egg sandwich w 2% cheese on low carb bread
2100-skinny cow
All my water, took my iron once home and missed my calcium both times. Met my husband after work to get my daughter he is off to drill this weekend in Portland. We went to the mall to get my sister a birthday gift; traffic was awful. I was tired once home and put on my jammies and made dinner; fried egg sandwiches. I should of went to the Y and ran but am tired. I have my group run in the morning we are doing a practice run of our 5K route. Then to Ballet and we are going to see the new disney movie Balto.

Great plans for the weekend. Sounds like you did plenty of running without going to the gym yesterday...A day off isn't bad untill it turns into a month off..This morning (Saturday) I'm making up for no Wii last night. Vacuuming the house and dusting...cleaning toilets. Dang, why did I want two and a half baths, again? LOL...hubby keeps the house in order while I work but still...no one cleans like mom.

Your list looks pretty good for a "short day." Have a great weekend! See ya.

I have to laugh...I wasn't paying much attention to the fat levels in my day until I saw how low yours was..Low for me is still really high for you and I thought I was low fat. A high day for me would be close to 100 grams..yikes! Maybe it's the lunch meat that I"m eating..

Your protein number is low like mine is today...Not really low but lower than normal for both of us. I'm usually over 120 and you (with the calories at 1200) should have been that.. Still is great..and the benefits of poopage (love that word) are good too! LOL.

Have a great weekend..See ya.

That's kinda how it goes when I don't make the food-- the meatballs at the lunchon were fatty and had filler in 'em. What's a girl to do? ;) I'm noly supposed to get in 50g+ a day pf [rotein allegedly-- so if it goes as low as 103, I'm not gonna call the paramedics just yet-- and like I said...I NEEDZ POOPIN'! With my longer bypass, I think I'm stupid not to fatten up a tad.
