Good Morning everyone,
I had my surgery march 04 and I was curious what everyone was eatting for breakfast. I usually grab what is left over from last nights dinner. Like this morning I'm having a bowl of italian sausage soup.
Thanks

Hi there!!! I'm not big on breakfast most days, but realize that I need to eat something so I do. Most days its a protein shake~sometimes its activia light, 2 scrambled eggs with cheese or cottage cheese.

I love eggs so I try not to eat them everyday. I've been shooting for every other day. haha
My favorite is with ham and cheese on 1 slice of toast. YUM!

I have either 2 slices of ham with 2 slices swiss cheese, or no fat yoghurt

I find breakfast one of the hardest meals as I get bored and want carbs.  Yuck -no offence, but there's no way I could stomach left overs from dinner!!!

Not a breakfast lover.  I eat just enough to take my vits/minerals.

Today:  2 slices American cheese.

I usually start with an EAS choc protein drink; that way, I know I'm getting started w/ protein.  Then after awhile, I often have one of the varieties of low-sugar or Weight Control oatmeal packets (with a small handful of frozen blueberries + a portion of chopped almonds).

Also love 1-2 eggs scrambled w/ cheese (&  ham if I have some) & piece of whole wheat toast.

Once in awhile I make up one of the big cottage cheese/oatmeal "pancakes," which I love!

Sometimes some variety of healthy cereal w/ sliced banana & just enough skim milk to soak it a bit.

Also love lo-fat yogurt w/ whatever fruit I have around + sprinkling of dry cereal/chopped almonds.

I LOVE BREAKFAST!!!

Always,
Jo
