Just hit 250

No, not pounds; that was 194.  I had my 250th workout at the YMCA last night.  The Y has the FitLinxx system you log into, do your workout and log out again.  It keeps track of weight lifted, calories burned, etc.  It also tells you the number of workouts you have had.

I honestly think it took 80 or 90 sessions before excercise was my new habit; and, I think you need to include excercise in your daily routine in the same way you consider brushing your teeth and bathing.

Bad habits are hard to break but good habits are hard to start...Good for you! Congrats.

I decided to re-think my non-habit of drinking water like a smoker...So when I get in the car to drive somewhere, I always have a water bottle...New non-smoking habit "built"....works for me.

Now I have to grow my new habit of doing Wii Fit in my room. Gawd it's tough when there's something good on television...Good thing we don't get the movie channels.
