1 large bake potato with sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, butter

few bites of push pop icecream

"I am currently getting back on track!
All day yesterday I was fighting the urge to have a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I resisted, but ate a lot more than usual, eating all day. It's amazing how those little bits add up! And I'm STILL dying for one today. I don't know if it's better to just go have one and move on, or keep fighting it. Sigh. Anyway, here's the damage:
2 americanos with half and half
beef/cabbage soup
crustless quiche with Chinese broccoli, ham, and onion
1/4 c. toasted edamame
sugar free lifesavers-4
lower carb tamale pie
microwave SF cake-pumpkin protein spice-it's supposed to be 5 servings but I ate half of it!
1/2 c fiber one cereal with Hood Calorie countdown milk

Carbs: 46g

Can you imagine what your carbs would total out if you ate a whole bagel? But still. Maybe a mini bagel with cream cheese wouldn't have done you bad. Or find a couple of friends to split a bagel with...They have half and you have half of a half...
I say, go get one, eat a quarter of it or so and toss the rest..When I absolutely have to have popcorn I have a single serving micro wave portion and be done with it.
Otherwise, your list is really good and your totals are extremely low for craving something like bagels...Could have upped the protein a bit but otherwise, no permanent damage done..
Now go have a bagel...
