I wish I could eat nuts...I have an inherited allergy to walnuts (my sister pecans and macadamias so I'm skeerd to try them now) and so I stay with Peanuts for the most part. I had an itchy tongue last year when I had pecan pie...scary.

I'm starting to put on weight. I"m up two pounds in a couple of weeks. Could doing Wii several times a week make me add muscle like that? Could I be eating too much (probably, I feel guilty about it)

Your list looks awesome, as usual...I'm just musing over the poundage on my scale this morning...Silly me.

TGIF is right; this has beena rough week! I am at a all day conference tomorrow so I guess my work week is actually over and not a moment too soon!
0700-fiber one bar
0900-oatmeal w splenda
1200-12 tortilla chips with salsa, inside of a beef taco, refried beans and a few bites of rice
1400-sf pound cale w strawberries and cool whip
1600-cottage cheese and fruit
1800-string cheese and 3 club crackers
2000-hamburger patty cheese on low carb bread
2100-skinny cow
an hour of Zumba all my water vitamins and half my calcium. I ate too much today but was hungry! I had the shakes after the oatmeal; too many carbs without a protein, I know better but did it again.

You did really good! And an hour of Zumba. I only see the fiber bar and the oatmeal that were without protein...well, and the pound cake..But everything else was good to go with protein...

You could add some protein to that oatmeal in the morning and that would add some to that area but the pound cake....no way. LOL.

Keep up the good work. I'm tryting to increase my Wii to an hour a time..I just can't do it each night and I'm not sure why I can't seem to do that but I'm working on that.

Yes, I'm right there with you all with the rough week.  Sadly, my eating went crazy with it, which is why I haven't been posting I'm ashamed to say!!

BUT...tomorrow is a new day, and I can start again.  See you then, and thanks for sticking around while I 'drifted'.

I can tell when alot of people are struggling when hardly anyone has the intestinal fortitude to post what they ate. I guess they only want to admit when they are being good...Same with me but knowing that I"m going to write it all down keeps my list honest..

Actually, I did fudge yesterday. I had exactly two pieces of sugar free candy and forgot to put them in my list AND after 38 minutes of Wii last night, I didn't post my Reduced Sugar Chocolate Cake Cupcake (one cupcake is 1/2 a piece of cake). So a quick recap would add about 200 calories to my list (no protein but all sorts of fat and carbs...)

Yes, tomorrow is a new day. starting over is always good..Time to hike up my jeans and suck in my gut and get back to work again. This weekend could be rough. LOL

Thanks or being so understanding Dawn.  It is crazy thinking I can avoid bad eating by not admitting to it!  It ALWAYS helps when I post (whether good or bad) - you are right, it takes guts to post, but then, what's the point of only posting when I'm eating right!!!

Those reduced sugar Pillsbury mixes are really REALLY good. Even without frosting I love the cupcakes. My husband splits the recipe three ways (one egg for a 1/3 of the box) and makes 6-7 cupcakes...Yummy...I think a whole cake would turn on me too fast.
