Thanks for your wonderful reply.  I am taking all of it to heart.  I know I need to really watch what I eat and I am working on that.  I am going to try to become more active,too.  I take dancing classes 2 times a week, water aerobics 3 times a week and walk 5 days a week. I do a little housework and yard work.  I live a somewhat sedentary other than to items mentioned above.  I hurt my knee in spinning classes at the gym 1/08 and spent 8 weeks in PT.  Earlier I hurt my back in power lifting gym classes.  You can see I have to be careful what activities I under take.

I have to be careful how much food I have in the house.  There is a brand of low carb yogurt that I really like.  If I buy more than two services at a time, I eat it until it is all gone.  I am a food addict.  I have to watch myself or I can drink too many protein drinks and as you mentioned I have to watch the protein bars even the low suger ones 

I am going to try to increase my activity level and be consious of every bite that goes into my mouth. 

You are a true inspiritation.  Keep up the good work and I will keep up the battle.  Thanks once again for taking time to answer.  I am sure I am not the only person who has been helped by your reply.
