Wow. I guess that mini wheats must be a trigger food for you. Very high carbs. Maybe find something better for you to keep around and stay clear of the mini wheats. LOL. Easier said than done, I know.

I have a lot of trigger foods.
today has an okay start so far.
just coffee and gum.
so yes.. today is another day.. and i will get control of my mind... actually i like referring these bad habits as demons.. that is a great choice of word.

You should always have alittle something for breakfast but I know what you mean. I had all those carb cravings when I just ate my oatmeal in the mornings. I was having a single serving oatmeal pouch made with milk and some splenda and it just made me crave carbs all day long. Then I figured out I could add protein powder to it and make it carbs AND protein. That seemed to make a bunch of difference.

I even heard there's a way to add protein to my coffee...I haven't figured it out yet but my pouch just really needs hot cereal for breakfast, first thing in the mornings..That's my pouch. I need to name her something really nasty cuz she's a real b*tch sometimes...LOL.

I'm back, after being MIA! First I got really sick with some virus, then when I started to feel better I didn't feel like tracking my intake, even though I pretty much stuck to the program. I just couldn't bring myself to do it! Anyway, here was yesterday-obviously, I didn't do very well on protein. Darn!
2 americanos with half and half
2 eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese

1 baked chicken drumstick, 1/2 cup gold nugget squash with butter
1 suisse mocha decaf SF
