Second breakfast (hubby and I share a breakfast) 3 eggs over medium, 1/2 cup hashed browns, 2 slices of bacon

Snack: 1 oz cheese stick and 1 pc cotto salami

Too easy! But tomorrow is another day and I'm alittle short on water. I did, however, log 30 minutes on the Wii Fit...Not too bad. Working toward upping it (in a million years) to an hour..LOL

How did you do on this VETERAN'S DAY?

Hmm. The body likes to sit in one position (weight wise) and so you might be in a really stubborn stall. Just keep steady and keep after it. Lots of water and protein and see if you can break the stall.

Keep up the good work. Just don't loose your resolve and give up because of your stall...It just takes time.

See ya.

Stupidly high protein day! I'm trying to figure out how anyone eats 1200 calories and only gets in 60g protein--- wouldn't you have to be super-carby to do that? I suspect I am taxing my liver and kidneys with the hyper-protein, but I haven't heard anyone conclusively tell me to cut it out!

I have a friend who is just 5 weeks out and she's only getting 60 grams of protein. I can't understand how she only gets that much too. Even with drinking shakes.

Very high protein but I like it. YOu got in some carb stuff and ti was good carbs too.

I'm not sure if you're taxing your liver or not. I would think not but the kidneys, I believe we drink so much darn water to keep those healthy..I also haven't heard that high protein is bad for us..If you find something, pass it on so I can take a look at it.

I am close to your daughter! Gig Harbor is 15-30 minutes South or East I never know which direction is which from Port Orchard! Small world, huh? I had a great run across the bridge, it was only misty type rain and the wind was not as bad as predicted. I then had to hurry home to shower and get to work for a meeting.

It was my husband who caught that. He's checking where everyone is from and that's cool cuz I just recognize the pictures and the stuff each of us does (like zumba and the turkey trot, LOL).

With all you did with the running and Zumba your list is awesome..Carbs are no problem if you use them up. Days when I don't feel like working out, I check my lists and the carbs section is low..

Keep up the good work..I used to run track but didn't have the intestinal fortitude to run any more than a 1/4 of a lap...Lazy as a teen! I jogged for 3 minutes last night on my Wii and did pretty good. a third place to hubby's score at 104%.

Hey ladies. Had another good day. My car will finally be ready for pick up tomorrow. I am so sick of driving this huge Chrystler 300 around.  Eating was not so good. I actually didn't eat enough. I was planning on having steak and potato for dinner but after about a few bites of my potato, I started to feel horrible for some reason.

Early AM:
2 cups of coffee

Breakfast:
1 scrambled egg
2 pork sausage links.

Lunch:
1 C. of Lite progresso chicken and veggie soup
1/2 a grilled cheese sammy

Snack:
1 SF chocolate pudding cup

Dinner:
1/3 a baked potato w/ ff sour cream

Wow...Short list. You didn't feel much like eating at dinner. I bet your calories were in the high 900s and that's really low..

Hope you feel better.

morning started off good.
afternoon was the typical non-thinking eating behavior.

24 oz decaff cofee
5 g protein in 30 oz water
1/2 stick gum and 2 chips
1 can tuna with pickle relish and banana
1 small chimichanga beef burrito

afternoon-
banana with peanut butter
doritos
chicken with corn, blackbeans, tomatoes, green chili
1/2 box mini wheats vanilla frosted cereal.. yeah... 1/2 the box. little by little throughout the evening.

i guess my day was okay.. 2 bad choices.. but more good choices than i have done in a long time. kinda happy. i pledge that tomorrow will be a better day because i will pack my lunch.

"I am currently getting back on track!
