Well, today was a vacation day. We drove to Solvang and I had Anderson's Split Pea Soup...Yumo. I also tried something new. I made pancakes (or tried to make a waffle and it failed miserably) with protein powder. 50 grams of protein (1 oz of powder)...It was good but it stuck to the waffle iron and so I had waffle crumbs.

My list:

Waffle, pancake with protein powder.

Snack: 1 oz cheese stick and 1 pc cotto salami

Second breakfast: 3 fried eggs, 4 oz of steak, 1 slice rye toast

Lunch: 2 cups split pea soup, 2 slices of pumpernickle bread, 1 slice of sour dough bread

Snack: 1 oz pack of Honey Roasted Peanuts.

Not so sure I'm not gonna have something more today but I could be done with just some more water.

Calories: 1858
Fat: 78.1
Carbs: 156.0
Protein: 151.8

Not too bad for a day off...How did you all do?

I was craving pancakes today but had the real thing!
0630-B-protein drink EAS ready to drink
0900- Jimmy Dean Delite breakfast sandwich
1230- L-brocoli, heart smart Prego spaghetti sauce 1/2 serving barilla plus whole wheat spaghetti and 3 turkey meatballs with a sprinkle of parmeson
1400-Kashi pumpkin granola bar
1530-apple
1830- went to Sharis ate the steak out of a chopped salad and 1 of my husbands pancales with SF syrup. The steak was good and tender probably 4 ounces, so i could not eat much of the salad and did not eat any of the dressinf that was on the side
2030-SF jello w/ cool whip free I think or maybe notheing I am FULL!
ran for thirty minutes this morning had to miss my Zumba class to help at work due to yet another ill call. I am running across the Narrows Bridge in the AM with my 5K running group; it is 1 mile across.I got all my water in and all my vitamins again I am on a roll with the vitamins/calcium

That's cool about the Narrows Bridge. Hubby went across that bridge right before a car got blown off ,way back when (1962) ..

I've been craving waffles for some time. We eat with a friend who usually has Belgian Waffles..I sit and watch him eat those bad boys and think: Dang! I could make those WLS friendly but I guess adding the protein makes the batter stick really bad. And so now I need a new waffle iron. The handle came off when I tried to open it (it was replaced by a block of wood way back when my husband and I were so poor we had to make stuff work rather than replace it). It's time to replace it.

Your list looks really good. Some days salad just doesn't do me well, other days, I can't get enough and dressing on the side is always best cuz they tend to put too much..

I'm hunting for a spaghetti squash to have some spaghetti this week today. I want huge meat balls and spaghetti squash...My next craving.

You probably live somewhere near where our daughter lives...Port Orchard, Washington..LOL. Maybe not close but closer than us. ha.

I am soooo enjoying my time off of work. I'm not going anywhere this time because it's too close to christmas. I have done things around the house that I've been putting off and just chilling! I bought a huge cabbage at the flea market saturday so I made some stuffed cabbage rolls and steamed cabbage.  I thought I'd have a problem with wanting to snack and graze since I'm just sitting at home but so far, so good! When I did "want" something, I got something with protein.

Early AM:
2 Cups of Coffee
Protein hot chocolate

Breakfast:
1 egg scrambled with cheese
1 slice of lite wheat toast

Snack:
1 FF turkey hotdog (no bun)
2 Cups of chocolate calorie countdown milk

Lunch:
2 slices of pork roast
2 stuffed cabbage rolls.. made it with ground turkey, brown rice and NSA spegetti sauce. turned out yummy!

Snack:
NSA Yogart
2% cheese stick

Dinner:
2 slices of pork roast
1 C of steamed cabbage

Snack:
Protein hot chocolate
100 calorie pack of beef jerky.

I didnt' do fitday today but I had a lot of protein!

Ooo. Cabbage rolls. I bought a cabbage last weekend..Maybe I should try some of those. My only problem is that I don't want to use rice..Maybe some flax seed meal instead. I need to work on it.

Your list looks great...I need to hit the Wii fit tonight...I walked enough yesterday to justify not doing the Wii fit but I always get chewed out by my trainer when I skip. LOL.

I made some with rice and some without. The ones with no rice, I just added more meaT they both are good. Good luck with experimenting

I'm so sorry that you have been sick. They can't do anything for you but you can. You can do alot. You can LIVE..and not kill yourself. YOU need to take responsibility and eat alittle more...And then eat alittle more. If you don't want to live, there isn't anything anyone can do for you. You have to want to live.

I'm so sorry you feel like "oh well." it's just sad.

Please feel better and eat something.
