Diet Pop - Do you or don't you??
Yes, I do. I know a lot of people that don't. Most of the time though, even after all this time, I just mostly drink water. But I enjoy soda now and then...sometimes even a *GASP* REAL soda.
And just to those reading...carbonation will NOT stretch your pouch. I do remember reading recently though that the artificial sweeteners, like those in Diet Soda, and even Crystal Light, can work to stimulate your hunger for some reason...I forget why now. At any rate, just like anything else, I do it moderately, don't go crazy.
I don't b/c I don't have a taste for it anymore. I'd say as long as the artificial sweetner isn't causing you an increase in appetite and you're getting in at least 64oz of water (hopefully more) daily you should be fine. Moderation with anything is the key! GoodLuck!
