Sorry I'm late. It wasn't a rushed day but it was full.

Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, coffee

Second breakfast: 3 fried eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 slices of wheat toast

(shopping for the most of the day...lots of walking)

Lunch: most of a quesadilla wih steak and cheese

Dinner: Buffalo Steak Burger (from trader joes) with a slice of jack cheese and half a small baked yam.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1768
Fat: 72
Carbs: 142.4
Protein: 145.4

I would have to say this is probably the best numbers I've had all week. I even did 30 minutes of Wii Fit...Most of that Aerobics (Hula Hoop, step AND jogging).

How did you all do? Sunday looks like more shopping. I believe we're doing Trader Joes and Sonic Burger...Yumo what a trade off.

Good morning. I had a good Saturday. Did a little shopping and for the rest of the day I chilled at home.

Breakfast:
None

Lunch:
Low carb cheeseburger.. wrapped in lettuce and no bun
5 of my daughters french fries

Snack:
Boiled peanuts

Dinner:
Smart one's frozen dinner

Snack:
NSA Yogart
3 strips of turkey bacon

I sure hope you weren't worried about your binge of Friday...After looking at your list for Saturday, I'd be worried to death you weren't getting enough to eat. LOL.

We haven't gone shopping yet today (Sunday) but foresee a trip to Trader Joes and to Sonic Burger..I already picked out what I'm gonna eat...A grilled chicken wrap. looks yummy.

Our neighbors have a Wii Fit; it is so much fun! Santa might bring us one this year! After my morning group run I went to a womens health expo and it was great except I ate a scone which I usually would not do but was hungry and it was so good. It kind of snowballed in to carbs and more carbs but I think the protein was o.k and the calories; I have to get back to my daily plate!
B-protein drink with soy milk
S-blueberry scone(small) w butter and fresh fruit
L-turkey wrap 1 cookie and an apple later
S-Quaker quacker cheese crisps and sf cookies
D-scrambled eggs w cheese, few hash browns and canadian bacon
S some kettle corn
All my viatamins etc.. and water
Turkey Trot training group run for our 5K onThanksgiving 30 minutes of running without stopping;yeah me!

I sure understand that carbs become "want more" carbs...Like it would be in the bible: Carbs begats carbs..LOL.

I'm up to about 4 minutes of running (jogging) on the Wii Fit but want to increase it over the next couple of months...I intend to increase my activity very SLOWLY..I started 45 days ago with 20 minutes of Wii and now I'm up to 30 minutes of Wii..I should be up to an hour in about a hundred years at that rate. LOL.

Your list looks awesome. Keep up the good work (stay away from the scones and I promise to too.)
