Okay you asked for help and I can totaly relate to you but you now have to kick things up here and get back on track.
Stop drinking diet pop, it's not good for you or your bones.
Start drinking water, if you can't stand water then add crystal light to it or Pro2O found at Sam's Club, I mix it in 24 oz of water and usually drink 3 a day total, they are only 25 cal. each packet.
Yep, very stupid not taking your vitamins, you know you have to take them to survive don't you?
You want restriction then follow the rules, you need to stop all this negative behavior.
You can overcome this but you have to work on it.
You also need to exercise at least 5 days a week. Good luck you can succeed.
