I have myself convinced that I dump on sugar, even though I'm getting a hint that maybe that's not the case..It scares me that I might be okay with sugar again so I stay especially away from it.
Now starts the depression season around here. The cloudy cold weather and the Christmas depression. So I'm not looking forward to this. I need to stay away from carbs and fat AND sugar...it just makes things worse for me.
You did pretty good on your list. Try and stay away from the candy..I know it's hard.

Looks really good. No exercise isn't a problem for a day but next week, you'll make it up. Some days even if I do feel like it, I lose interest right after starting. I finally broke the 30 minute mark on my Wii two days in a row and then fell out of it the third day..Oh well, I can make it up or at least get moving again tonight. I did some walking today so I don't feel too bad..
Turkey Trot Training...That's a marathon, isn't it? That's serious stuff. You can have a buy in that case..LOL.
Keep up the good work. See ya. !

chinese meal out:

gingerbread cookie - darn things, they've got to go. Probably only about 40 cals each time but the cals and carbs mount up eventually.
The gingerbread cookies might not be that many calories but they aren't protein either...What room they take in the pouch could be better served with protein of some kind. Your day was much like mine was. Not enough...
But that's why it's just one day. It doesn't have to be a whole month or even a whole week. You can turn the path around..Easy to say but you know that.
Have a good weekend. See ya.

B) BLT with 4 slices turkey bacon, reg toast
S) 1/2 cup chili
L) 1/4 cup large dry limas, 1/8 cup stewed squash, 6-7 pieces fried okra, 1/4 cup potato salad
S) Pita with hummus, probably 1/8 cup, 1/4 the pita, just wasn't what I wanted.
S) 1/2 cup curried chickpea soup
D) 1/2 cup lasagna, a small roll with butter
S) 1/2 CAN!! whole tomatoes with salt and pepper ( 15 oz can)
A can of tomatoes for a snack? I'd say vitamin C..Did you know that if you add a couple of slices of tomato to a beef burger, you get quadruple the iron out of it? Maybe you're low on iron. Just a thought.
Yeah, something is lacking...You'll find it. Keep it up. See ya!
