ASMBS = American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery

They provide the criteria for what constitues a surgical center to be named a "Center of Excellence".

The link provided will open up a pdf file that gives a GREAT wealth of information regarding supplementation, what is recommended and where our lab results should fall.

Since we have a center of excellence here in Spokane this will be very interesting reading.  It is in my bookmarked file now and I promise to get to it this weekend as soon as the painting is done and the kitties are home from the vet.

(BTW...their surgeries went very well yesterday, whew!)
