When did you stop loosing weight?
I went from 248, day of surgery, to 148. Way, way too low!! Pic on my profile. It's the one where I look completely anorexic!!! Yuck!!!! I bounced back to 160, almost right away and stayed between 160 and 168 for 3 years. Lately I've put on about 15 more and I hate it! I'm now in the process of getting back down to my "perfect weight" of 165. Sigh.......the battle never ends.....

This is a tricky business! I am now over 3 years out and lost several pounds in the third year. I have been working to stop, and now have gained a couple back. That always makes me nervous, even though that was my plan. I think the line netween losing and maintaining is hard to see.
If you want to stop losing, you most likely have to increase simple carbs like bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. Go slow and see how much it really takes. When people eat more carbs, they also tend to retain more fluid, and seem to gain. So if you see a 2-3 pound jump within 1-2 days, it's usually water weight.
Good luck with this.
