Well, I had my allergy shots so I'm not suppose to do anything aerobic...I really need to with my list of foods. I had dessert tonight and I think I over did it...I feel nauseous..Too much sugar free stuff and I'm feeling ill...Well, on to my list:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am oatmeal, soy protein, TVP, soy milk
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Rasp Lemonade
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc cotto salami, 1 medium pear
9:00 am 1 large banana
9:30 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
10:45 am Tina's Burrito, Beef & Bean, Green Burrito
11:30 am 12 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Tangerine
12:00 pm Tostada chicken salad, 1.5 cups
1:15 pm 12 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Tangerine
2:00 pm œ cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 oz SF Strawberry Preserves
2:30 pm 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
3:45 pm 7 crackers 1 T peanut butter
4:30 pm 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
6:00 pm 3 oz steak, 1/2 small baked potato, 1/3 cup canned green beans 
Yikes forgot to add dessert:
6:45 pm 1/2 serving of NSA Frozen Yogurt, peanut butter fudge and 1/2 serving of Sugar Free chocolate covered peanuts..

Yeah, the carbs level is a bit high...most of it's higher than it should be. Blah...I feel terrible.

Hi Everyone,

Dawn, girl, you look so good, 120lbs, that's gonna be me someday... I'm 5 '2" fairly small frame, I need to weight about what you do, I got down to 133 lbs, now about 151.... Dec. 1st is my 3 year  RNY GBP anniv.

I've added about 5 pounds since that day...Over the last year I've added 5 pounds, hopefully muscle. At least that's what I'm trying to do with the Wii Fit sessions.

Your list looks really wonderful. I love Boca burgers. We get bison burgers occasionally too. Good stuff.

I read that you use the Wii Fit, could you tell me how it works for you and also when u do the work out like the yoga how many times do you do each session

Hello ladies. I had a typical but good day! Eating was ok. Carbs a little higher than normal but I'm ok wtih it. I need to go get milk tomorrow. Haven't had a protein shake in a few days.

Here it is.....

Breakfast:
1/2 Pack of instant grits w/ cheese
1 scrambled egg
1 chicken sausage link

Snack:
Slim Fast Protein bar

Lunch:
Stir fry.. grilled chicken breast, steak strips, onions, peppers, broccoli
1/4 C. brown rice.

Snack:
Carb/sugar control yogart
Apple

Dinner:
Smart One's frozen dinner

Snack:
cheese stick
NSA Yogart

Calories.. 1289
Fat.. 43
Carbs.. 111
Protein... 107

Your list looks awesome...Love the protein number and that calorie number is LOW...The fat number is almost non-existant!

Totals - 1000 cals 75 protein (approx)

Breakfast:
Low fat yoghurt

Lunch:
Liver & onions (250 cals)

Snack:
1 cookie (80 cals)

Dinner:
4 meatballs
1 slice bacon
1 egg
dessert spoon of peas & sweetcorn

Snack:
small amount of ice-cream - aghhhh I was doing so well

I get the no sugar added ice cream or the frozen yogurt stuff and measure it out (1/2 cup per serving) and then I count it...Some days when I've done especially good I have some. And some days when I just feel like I NEED ice cream I have some. But I'm always strictly measuring it out and count it ALL...Keeps me honest.

Lately I've had mental issues with desserts like that. It's because that old feeling that because I had so much stress during the day, I feel I deserve a treat of some sort. Food is my drug of choice. It always has been. I'm not sure how to stop that.

I used to eat sooo much ice cream and have actually gone off it and haven't eaten any for months now...BUT I was clearing out the freezer and 'found' it hidden at the back, so it called my name.  Won't be buying any to replace it, so there won't be any there to tempt me - if it's not there I can't eat it!!!

You are absolutely right about food being the drug of choice - I'm right there with you.

At least we can support eachother on this food thing...It does no good for someone to tell me not to eat it or that I cant' have it..I'm a rebellious teenager when that happens...I just have to work through it myself. With things getting tighter maybe I won't be able to afford the expensive stuff (sugar free stuff) anymore so maybe I can logically say no...Maybe.
