Well, with the time change, I'm trying to adjust..Lots of calories.

4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am oatmeal, œ oz soy protein, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk ,1 motts peach medley cup
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA swiss Miss
7:00 am 1/8 cup baked banana chips
7:30 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Rasp Lemonade
8:00 am 10 zo coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:20 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc cotto salami
9:30 am 1/4 medium pear (it turned out to be bad on the inside so I tossed it).   At this point I'm at 691 calories and 55 grams of protein. and half my water intake.
10:00 am 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit (dh found me a case of this on line...LOVE IT)
11:00 am 3.5 oz cooked chicken breast, 1 oz jack cheese, 17 multi grain crackers, 1 T mayonaise.   At this point:  Calories 1223, Fat: 48.2, Carbs: 116.3 , Protein: 93.3   1:00 pm 16 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Blue Typhoon
2:15 pm 1 medium orange, 1 small single serving NSA Snack pie (Apple)
2:45 pm 8 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Blue Typhoon
4:30 pm 4 oz Dannon Yogurt, 1/4 cup TVP   5:00 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Rasp Lemonade
6:00 pm 1 medium stuffed bell pepper   Totals for the day:   Calories: 2155
Fat: 89.2
Carbs: 218.7
Protein: 137.1

I didn't do too bad. I'm on the Wii for a half hour tonight...Or at least 25 minutes. I'm shooting for a half hour...

How did you all do today? Probably alot better than me.

It was just about dark by 5 pm today with the time change; and it was rainy and gusty today.
B-Jimmy Dean D'Light breakfast sandwich
S-apple, 2 tootsie roll minnies
L-inside of a chicken cordon blue sandwich- the chicken was not breaded but since I did not eat the bread where all the dijon sauce was it was a little dry and bland
S-2%fage w/ raspberries
D-chicken breast, brocoliw/cheese sauce and 1/4 C brown rice
S-skinny cow ice cream sandwich
All my water; half was in echenasia(sp) tea; I fee like I am getting a cold. All my vitamins and calcium and I did an hour of Zumba. I should of run instead but it was icky out and I did not feel like it.

I hate when the good stuff is soaked into the bread...I generally ask for sauce on the side when I order stuff so I can remove the bread and then add the sauce.

My Wii has running but it's not the same. I tripped over the balance board and twisted my ankle...Not good.

Dawn & All,
Tomorrow I will try to add the time of day I'm eating. I can see the benefit in that. Weird day of eating. I've been so off track for so many months. I'm trying! I've got about 30 lbs to goal, that includes my recent 20 lbs regain, which I'm very NOT HAPPY about. You all "Grads" are such a wonderful encouragement, I need you!   Kathy

I post the times especially to be SURE I don't drink before that half hour is up. And then it reminds me, if I feel hungry after a half hour that I should drink something first.

Play with it and see what works for you. That's what we do around here.

Looks really good! Look at all that protein and the carbs that are NOT white..I like it.

Back to my normal way of eating! Candy is gone! There was a little floating around the floor but I stayed away from it.

Early AM:
2 Cups Of Coffee w/ splenda & half n half

Breakfast:
2 Medium scrambled eggs
2 strips of turkey bacon

Snack:
Protein hot chocolate

Lunch:
1 C. of progresso lite southwestern veggie soup
1/2 grilled chicken breast

Snack:
Carb/Sugar control yogart
1 oz 2% cheddar cheese

Dinner:
Smart One's frozen dinner
5 steamed asparagus spears w/ spray butter

Snack:
Protein hot chocolate

Now I'd really worry if you were picking candy up off the floor to eat it...That might be a red light flashing. LOL.

No, not that floor. I'm talking about the hospital, where i work. I work on the 6th floor and we call it "the floor"!  LOL

Hi dear, here I am. I really want that picture of us in Glacier Park as my avadar or whatever it's called. I can get back to work tomorrow after Dr. Ira says I can, the heck with what Garrison says, he will have me tomorrow for the last visit for awhile. You look marvelous Darling.
