Need help 5 1/2 years out and 40 pounds up!

Thank you.  I am doing better, I think when I go back to the Doctor in December I am going to ask him to do an upper gi to see what the size of my stoma is.  Sometimes I can eat and other times I cannot.  I get really fully quickly.  Which is a good sign. 

I also felt that way about giving up.  I have not been to the gym in almost a month.  I have to, have to get back to it.  I am hoping to start back this week.
