I can't believe how often peanut butter is added as a snack...I LOVE peanut butter..

Numbers are awesome...carbs are low, protein is high...You are rockin it today, girl!

Keep up the good work.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Sugar free caramel apples-what a great idea! I'm going to try that for sure! Today I stopped and bought myself some SF candy to bring into work so I wouldn't get tempted. I got SF jelly bellies and SF Hershey's minis with caramel filling. Yesterday was a good eating day for me:
2 americanos with half and half
2 scrambled eggs with 1 roma tomato and mix of cheddar and parmesan
1 cup sauerkraut soup with turkey kielbasa
2.5 oz braised chicken with 1/2 sauteed pear and rosemary
1/2 c. braised cabbage with bacon
1/2 c spaghetti squash with 1 c. meat sauce and 2 Tbl parmesan
1/4 chocolate cake-Eggface's microwave protein cake. in a mug To DIE for. With peanut butter/cream cheese SF frosting and light whipped cream. WOW!
Calories: 1,291
Protein: 88g (should have had a shake to increase this total)

I was counting on there being some sugar free caramels at Winco in  the bins...They have them listed in their nutrition book so I didn't dream them but they had NOTHING...So while I was at Walmart I picked up Nips, Sugar Free Caramels. They're really hard candies so I wasn't sure it was going to work. I had enough from two packages to coat three apples. That's a LOT of sugar free candies. If you can find the sugar free caramels in bulk like they used to have at Winco..You can do the 5-6 apples with 14 ounces recipe. It works the SAME way as that.

I have to find me some spaghetti squash...I keep looking but I'm not seeing any.

Oh, Eggface has the BEST microwave cakes. I love the microwave muffin recipe...LOVE IT.

You should have a shake to increase that protein but otherwise...It's rockin!

have a great weekend. See ya.
