Accountability - Thursday
What I ate:
oatmeal, tvp, soy isolate, soy milk, coffee
2 fried eggs, 1 pc bacon
chili cheese burger
1 salmon pattie 3.2 oz
4 containers 24 oz water throughout the day, four cups of coffee (10 ounces each)
My totals for the day:
Calories: 1274
Fat: 52.6
Carbs: 100.8
Protein: 109.1..
Admittedly a bit low on protein for me but I just couldn't eat that much. It took me nearly an hour to eat the chili burger...Half and then rest and then the next nearly half...Gave the rest of it to the dogs but counted it as 100%...I figure it was bigger than a Burger King burger so I guestimated the counts on that.

Hello! I didn't have the best eating day but calorie count not too bad considering the few bad items that I had. We had a halloween lunchen at work and it was lots of bad food, candy, and chocolate! I could of done way worse! I ate lunch before I left the house and I think that's what saved me.
Here it is...
Early AM:
2 Cups of coffee w/ half n half & splenda
Protein hot chocolate
Breakfast:
2 Medium boiled eggs
Snack:
Small pack of beef jerky
Lunch:
1 Baked chicken thigh w/ hot sauce
Steamed broccoli
1 bite of mac n cheese.. roomate was making it and i only had 1 taste
Snack:
Toppings off 1 slice of cheese plzza
1 cupcake without icing.. scraped it off!
1 tootsie roll pop
Dinner:
Lean cuisine dinner
Snack:
Carb/sugar control yogart
1 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese rolled up with a lil spicy mustard

Hey, have you tried those new Pillsbury Reduced Sugar cake mixes? I had two cupcakes the other day from one of those mixes and they were awesome...Really tasty and not too bad. I didn't have frosting on them and figured that 2 cupcakes is about a serving (1/12 of the package which makes about 21 cupcakes)

I still get choaked while eating. At the hopital they said my sodium was dangours low. My vitamin d wouldn't even show up on the machine and my b-12 was low. I take a b12 shot every week. I take my vitamins. I looked up low sodium and it can cause lots of problems. He gave me a sodium shot and told me to follow up with my doctor. I told him my doctor was a dick. He said if I feel worse come back to the E.R. they didn't care if I didn't have any insurance. So that is the latest drama going on with me. Feel like giving the *** up, But can't. I got 2 grown children but still want to be here for them. They both have love life issues and come to talk to me about it. We talk about every thing. Laugh about sex. And my son buying x-large condoms. And who had sex the last. We have a good time. They keep me laughing.

Your list looks really good.
I resolved myself to the fact that there are carbs in nearly everything so I'm not going to be able to cut them back to much...but I do make sure they are good carbs and not white ones. That's the best that I can do. A cookie now and then isn't a problem but a whole box in one evening? Now that might raise an eyebrow or two..LOL
