Accountability Wednesday
Your list looks so good! You must be getting down to goal for plastics soon then? Peanut butter yogurt...I'm gonna have to find a recipe for that stuff and see if I can make it.
Yumo! Great numbers. Isn't it Pumpkin Protein shake season?
See ya!

You know Dawn-- I have trouble knowing when it's time to maintain. I'm supposed to be around 138 pounds-- I am 161....so I am 22 pounds over. Thing is, I was obese for a couple of decades, so I have the dense, heavy bones-- and I have a LOT of skin to have removed, but couldn't guess for sure how much. One plastics guy guessed 15 pounds but I was fully dressed and I look much more compact with clothes on.
You've seen me-- I am 5'4" and 161--- what would YOU do? Also thinking I should shoot low in case of bounceback?

You do NOT look like you weigh 161. You must have some muscle weight there.
I would shoot low in case of bounceback. I did that. I didn't get much bounce back (so far) but I did re-distribute my weight some. I noticed that my waist got smaller and my hips got alittle bigger. Jeans that fit before, I can't get over my hips and I hadn't gained a pound at that point.
I was really surprised with my weight and bone structure. I had always been "big boned" but it turns out that I"m not...I was big and fat and not big boned at all.
I bet you lose 20 pounds of skin, myself. That would be my guess. Have you asked Terry R how much she lost from plastics? She was the same size as me (and weighed nearly 20 pounds more from muscle weight- She's WAY more fit than I am) but I bet she's even smaller than me now.

Wow...Great to see you back up and around...That's horrible and one of my worst nightmares. We have good restaurants and all but still, you just never know.
Great numbers. I'm working on SF caramel apples today..for me for a pot luck tomorrow. 14 for the rest of everyone and one or two sugar free ones for me...LOL. I'm so spoiled.
See ya tomorrow. Hope you're up to 120% by tomorrow. You numbers, even with not feeling well are really good. LOW carb and high protein...Good work!
