I've been informed that our computer network access at home has been limited to to excessive band width use...darn it. So tht means later today when I want to post my accountability, I won't be able to.

8:45 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc cotto salami
9:15 am 12 oz V-8 Juice
10:00 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
11:15 am Small Cheese/Tomato Quesadilla
11:45 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
12:00 pm 16 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
1:00 pm 5 oz fried chicken thigh meat seasoned for fajitas.
1:30 pm 8 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
2:30 pm 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
3:15 pm 1 medium orange
3:28 pm Pillsbury Reduced Sugar cup cakes (2)
4:30 pm 24 oz Power Edge drink Mix, Strawberry Tangerine
6:30 pm 4.5 oz grilled steak, 1/2 cup frozen dessert (fudge peanut butter) and 1/8 cup SF chocolate covered peanuts.

Otherwise, low sugar is good..48 ounces of water isn't enough, I don't think unless you're counting the shake and soup too...even so, Im thinking that makes it only 64 oz total. Is that about right? Are you in contact with a nutritionist?

Your numbers are really good. Yeah, corn is a high carb foof but it's a GOOD carb. See ya!
