I've been informed that our computer network access at home has been limited to to excessive band width use...darn it. So tht means later today when I want to post my accountability, I won't be able to.
This is it so far:

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am oatmeal, TVP, soy protein, soy milk, motts peach medley

7:30 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade

8:45 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc cotto salami

9:15 am 12 oz V-8 Juice

10:00 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit

11:15 am Small Cheese/Tomato Quesadilla

11:45 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit

12:00 pm 16 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry

1:00 pm 5 oz fried chicken thigh meat seasoned for fajitas.

1:30 pm 8 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry

2:30 pm 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit

3:15 pm 1 medium orange

3:28 pm Pillsbury Reduced Sugar cup cakes (2)

4:30 pm 24 oz Power Edge drink Mix, Strawberry Tangerine

6:30 pm 4.5 oz grilled steak, 1/2 cup frozen dessert (fudge peanut butter) and 1/8 cup SF chocolate covered peanuts.

Protein: 145.6

got in 64 oz of water and 24 oz of herb tea and will have some sf hot coco later.

I had a good eating day. 1 peice of halloween candy didn't hurt my totals too much.

Breakfast:
2 Medium scrambled eggs
2 strips of turkey bacon

Snack:
Protein shake

Lunch:
1 Cup of Lima Beans cooked in ham peices.

Snack:
Apple
Tootsie roll pop

Dinner:
Salad.. Ham, cheese, hb egg, red onion, broccoli, cucumbers & FF italian
Carb/sugar control yogart

Snack:
Protein hot chocolate
NSA Yogart

I'm making sugar free caramel apples out of Sugar Free Nips Caramels today for a pot luck tomorrow while dh recovers from cataract surgery...he's sleeping. whew! that's a load of stress over with..

I had a very good day eating wise.  I couldn't believe how focused I was on my menu.  It's remarkable what an off the wall comment can do to the psyche.  21mos. post-op

What are your protein levels like? It's hard to tell. Are you keeping track of that?

Otherwise, low sugar is good..48 ounces of water isn't enough, I don't think unless you're counting the shake and soup too...even so, Im thinking that makes it only 64 oz total. Is that about right? Are you in contact with a nutritionist?

Oh definitely! Just talking about what issues you have in support group or sharing what you eat...Or knowing that you INTEND to share with the board what you eat can sometimes keep you on the straight and narrow...It's amazing!

I mean we can all come here and lie about our totals but we won't. That's what support does for you...I like that.

Your numbers are really good. Yeah, corn is a high carb foof but it's a GOOD carb. See ya!
