That Caramel bar has me salivating! I got it in my head to make caramel apples for the pot luck we're having on Friday. Some regular, some sugar free...I'm headed to Winco tomorrow while dh is having his cataract surgery so I can get me a ton of them.

Your numbers are AWESOME...Just about 10 to 1 from calories to protein...That's what my ideal is. I rarely hit that but it is my goal.

Early AM: Protein hot chocolate & 2 Cups of Coffee

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 3 strips of turkey bacon

Snack: Peach

Lunch: 1/2 Cup of Sweet n spicy tuna, red onions, cuckes, cheese & FF italian on lettuce

Snack: Small bag of lite lays FF chips & a pickle spear

Dinner: 1 Cup of  chili & 1/2 a grilled cheese sammy

Snack: Protein hot chocolate

It's getting to be chili weather and I like that. I may have to make me a pot of chili this weekend...Just to practice for the chili cook off next March...I have a title to defend. LOL.

WOW! Somebody slapped me and bought me back to reality.  Yesterday was my Tuesday out with my Mother and the Seniors.  As everyone knows yesterday was not a good day to be going to Atlantic City, NJ with all the rain and bad weather, but the trip could not be canceled.  Because I'm always COLD anyway, I was wrapped up like a mummy with a pair of thermal underwear, thermal socks, a wool turtleneck sweater, a lined sweatsuit, hat and a coat.  Now, when I went up to the front of the bus to get a cup of coffee for my Mom one of the ladies asks me "Genie, are you starting to put your weight back on?"  "WHAT!" are you freaking' kidding me?  Can the two or three pounds I picked up be showing that much!?   Now I will admit I haven't been exercising and I've been snacking here and there, but the question showed in my face because my Mom wanted to know what the hell was wrong with me.  When I told her about the comment, she said don't worry about it.  Yea, okay a reality check get your A$$ back in the groove and back on track and the program BIG TIME!

It could have been the thermals and thick clothes you were wearing too but alittle wake up call is never a bad thing.

Your protein number is low but your calories totally rock! LOW LOW...

64 oz of water 24oz of decaf tea and a sf coco. some time in the night I got up and had 2 tootsie rolls mini. But I don't remember it. I stayed at moms house and she has candy all over for Halloween.

Very good! And lots of fluids too. Not everyone counts coffee as a fluid but I do..That's just me.
