Good evening, Dawn! Yes, it does feel good to get back on track with eating! Update on "dana" (my car) lol!

They were towed by the city!  An adjuster is coming to look at my car between tomorrow and Thursday. My insurance is paying for me to get a rental tomorrow. Enterprise ran out of cars today and "hopefully" will have more in the morning! I will be there when they open. This is driving me nuts!

Great about the car! I don't think my insurance covers a rental...LOL. With a mechanic in the house and spare cars everywhere, don't need it but with him getting that much older I probably should get a contingency plan...LOL>

Your list looks really good. I think 4 mini reeses isn't as much as a single reeses...

You got enough protein. and your carb number is lower than your carbs. YOu did good. Really good. Keep up the good work. See ya!

If you're doing exercise for any length of time (half hour to an hour) your numbers are really low...I mean calories.

I think you're gonna drop weight with that, myself. I could be wrong but you have some great stuff on your list and not very many carbs PLUS exercise...Great equation for weight loss.

LOVE that protein number too. I laugh every time I see "Kashi Go Poop" That's too funny.

See ya!

I'm still trying to drop a few pre- plastics. Ideally, I need to be around 155, but I'll take what I can get at this point! When I get there, I'll bump up a little to maintain-- as much as I like to eat it shouldn't be a problem. :)

Is tomorrow your husbands surgery? Good luck to you guys, it will be nice to be done with that.
I had an okay day; am tired and heading for bed soon!
0600-protein drink with soy milk
0900-oatmeal with splenda and a few raisons
1100-boiled egg and ligth string cheese
1300-meatloaf, 1/4 c brown rice and brocoli
1600-1/2 c 2% cottage cheese with NSA fruit ****tail
1900-roast, mashed potatoes and brocoli
2100 1/2 bag popcorn
I ran for 20 minutes without stopping this morning atthe YMCA and then did an hour of Zumba after work. My feet are sore; I am taking tomorrow off except maybe a brisk walk at lunch to let my feet heal up. I have been slathering them on lotion and then wearing socks the last few days and it is helping.

Tea isn't all that great for keeping you hydrated but it's better than nothing.

You're barely eating anything. I suggest giving Special K20 a try for your water. I think there's South Beach too that has alittle protein in it too. 4 oz of fish isn't going to be enough protein. How far out from surgery are you? Over a year?

Otherwise, fish is a great source of protein. I don't see any problem with what you are eating just need more...LOL but you knew that.

Keep up the work, it will show results. See ya.

Lotion and socks will help.

Your numbers are probably really good with the protein items you had...With an hour and 20 minutes of exercise, doesn't really matter how much carbs you got..You rocked!

Have a great Tuesday! See ya.
