Didn't do much of anything today. Got home really late last night and then stayed up till midnight visiting with my husband's cousins who came from out of town for the reception...We napped most of the day today. Did alittle shopping for a kitchen sink facet cuz ours is broken...

Breakfast: 1/2 cup TVP and 4 oz Dannon Yogurt Light n Fit

Second Breakfast: Marie Calendar's Bacon Quiche

Snack: 1 oz cheese stick and 1 pc Cotto Salami

Dinner: 3.5 oz of grilled steak and 1/2 cup canned mixed vegetables.

Counts are really really low but I just don't feel like eating..Maybe make up for yesterday?

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1314
Fat: 70.3
Carbs: 78.3
Protein: 92.9

Really missed my mark on the protein but I was just too tired to do anything at all today but nap and post alittle on line. No housework got done..I'm exhausted and alittle headachey...Maybe a tad on the dehydrated side. Oh well. I did drink nearly a gallon today..Not as much as normal but it was probably due to all that sleeping..I'll be sleeping even better tonight.

Yeah! How did you all do this weekend? Tomorrow is the start of a brand new work week..More stuff to do and more opportunity to make good choices for my health...Woo Hoo.

Yeah! 5 oz of steak is pretty much the limit to the dense protein I can eat. I eat that FIRST and then if I eat it slow enough and have a smidgen of room, the beans and extras can sit in there...AND it takes a while for that stuff to get down. I've become the worlds slowest eater...Slower than my husband! When before, I could wolf down a side of beef and be looking for the chocolate cake before he was done with his second bite!

Isn't it amazing that you can eat more chicken than beef at one sitting? I always thought it was weird that a two cup measure of salad packs down to nothing and chicken doesn't equal beef in "volume"...This pouch is still teaching me loads of stuff!

Great numbers! See ya!

That is so cool~ My sister has baked cakes for Ralphs for years and made my wedding cake back in 1990. She did my daughter's cake and cup cakes for this weekend. I didn't even have one but they looked AWESOME. I may have to post a picture. Red Velvet Cup Cakes and White frosting with red tips like carnation flowers. I bought cup cake holders (as payment for the cake, she got those) and each table had cupcakes for the center piece...Brilliant idea.

I'm glad your babies party turned out wonderful too...I love it when a plan comes together. tee hee.

Good list. I have a problem with eating the bun on dogs and burgers but when I do, it just means I have to wait a long time before the next meal or water...I have to wait and weigh the options abou****er. If I'm short on water, I have to forgoe the bun..LOL. My pouch is a stickler.

Good day, all in all. See ya!~

B) Slept late, so breakfast was lunch, the worst Mexican buffet I ever tasted, ate 1 taco, and plain salad, tasted a couple bites of some terrible stuff, don't think it was enough to count.
D) Toppings off 3 supreme pizzas.
S) Tuna salad, 1 egg, 1 oz cheese, 2 little coctail beef weiners.

Oh I hate when I don't get up early enough to have my normal stuff...I passed on the breakfast buffett at Marie Calendars cuz I knew I wouldn't be able to eat much of any of it...

When Iasked my husband to bring me back a chicken taco on Saturday (before the big party) he brought me the chicken sandwich and that did me in for eating for several hours...

You made good choices but if the taste isn't good, why waste the pouch space? I've become a really picky eater after surgery..

Looks like your list is pretty good..Short but good. Keep up the good work.

See ya!

Had basically the same boring hum-drum weekend...had to work as usual.  Been fighting a terrible cold my first one in two years since the surgery.  Can't seem to get warm, I am wearing thermal underwear and gloves in the office now...my co-workers are laughing at me.  I don't own an electric blanket, but I plan to buy one this weekend.
I'll at least be able to give the heating'pad in my bed a break.
Calorie and protein intake kind of low..not much of an appetite because of this cold.

I've been fighting allergies for over a week now..I know exactly how you feel. Now I'm feeling a bit sick with a sore throat but I don't have time to deal with it just now...

Your numbers are really low! Your protein looks higher than the total hints at. I'm not sure what's up with that. Meatballs should have more protein than that..

But if you aren't feeling well, you just have to take care of yourself and give your body what it's craving and add extra vitamin C...

Keep warm and take care of yourself! See ya.

I did go back and check the bag for the protein and calorie count and that's what its giving me 17 grams of protein for 6 meatballs.  Trying to get in more calories and protein today.  Feel a little better.
