Well, all the stress is over! WE had a wonderful time. Holly danced with her dad's and I danced with my husband AND Holly...I had an absolute blast.

My counts, as near as I can figure:

B: my oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, motts fruit medley...and coffee

second breakfast: 3 fried eggs, 1/2 cup hashed browns, 1 slice of bacon

Lunch: a salmon patty on a hot dog bun (yeah! I ate the whole bun..it filled me up for a LONG time)

Snack: some sort of chicken sandwich at Jack in the Box ...The nearest one on fitday is the one from Burger King (yikes)

Dinner: 1 oz roast beef, green beans, chicken marsala, a bite of salad

Snack: 2 margaritas and a bunch of visiting with family and friends and dancing! Woo HOO.

Dessert: I had a crispy protein bar about midnight...to get me to sleep cuz I can't sleep with a growling stomach.

My totals:
Calories: 2468 (WOW. the chicken sandwich was nearly 600 calories)
Fat: 93 (chicken sandwich again.)
Carbs: 198.7
Protein: (drum roll please!) 160.5

How did you all do on this AWESOME saturday?

Well your stress is over and mine started Friday night when i left work... It rained all day Friday here  and in Charleston, it floods bad, especially downtown where I work. Well when I got off, I drove around for an hour trying to find a road that wasn't flooded. Well I decided to take a chance and got stuck in knee deep water! My car stalled. I had to climb out the window, then back in to have someone push me to the side. I got it towed the next morning and it still wont start! I am sooo upset! I need my car! So, how did I deal with the stress of it all?? By eating!! My daughter spent the day at her friends and I spent the day on the couch watching movies and grazing like a cow! Anyway.. Here's the DAMAGE!

Breakfast:
2 Medium scrambled eggs w/ ham & cheese
1 slice of lite wheat toast

GRAZING time.. This was off and on all afternoon.
2 pickle spears
1 oz of cheddar cheese
1/2 a can of smoked oysters
Serving of reduced fat wheat thins
100 calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels
Special K protein bar
1/2 a mini bag of 100 calorie kettle corn pop corn.
1 slice of lite wheat toast w/ 1 tbsp. of low carb peanut butter on it

Dinner:
2 beef enchiladas
1/4 c. mexican rice

Late night Grazing:
1/2 c. NSA butter pecan ice cream
1/2 c. boiled peanuts
100 calorie pack of oreo's

Wow. That's bad. We dont' get that kind of rain but once every 10 or 12 years or so. I live on a dirt road that turns into a river after a good rain.

My husband says your ignition coil got wet. If you have a mechanic-type friend or something you can have them find the coil by following the spark plug wires from the plugs to the coil and spray the coil with WD40 to push the water out of it. That might fix it. Also follow the spark plug wires and spray the spark plugs with WD40.

Your day wasn't too bad actually. You did get some protein and you stuck to the100 calorie packs to slow you down (can you imagine if you picked up a giant bag of pretzels?)

I think your day wasn't too bad. I bet if you added up the calories, probably up where I am at 2500...But still, one day of that, not going to kill your hard work.

You are certainly welcome. My husband has been working on cars of his own for years and years and without him taking care of my car...I'd be buying a bus ticket, no doubt..I'm mechanical enough but it's only because I've been hanging out with him and "doing" cars as a hobby with him for 21 years.

My Saturday eating was so bad I haven't even tried to remember it to post!!  Aghhhhh.  In that respect I hate weekends.  I get out of my routine and wander around the house putting food in my mouth.  Groan.  I'll have to make up for it next week.  I'm off work, which is going to be hard as again out of routine, but I have to tell myself I CAN STAY ON TRACK......

Glad you had a blast at the wedding Dawn.

Weekends are hard for me too. I love my regular routine..So the weekend is an especially challenging.

The sad thing is that the weekend can screw up the hard work of a whole five days. Makes me so mad sometimes...I do so well during the week and then two days sinks my yacht.
