I have two sides to my brain - a right side and a left side. The trouble is sometimes there is nothing left in the right side and nothing right in the left side.

Here is a before and after montage I put together for my 50th Birthday. It shows me at about 150 (size 8) and then about 20 lbs below my high weight of 264, wearing a 3X or 22/24:
Dancing the night away a year ago. Down to about 180, wearing a size 14:
Feeling pretty at 162, last December wearing a size 10 or sometimes a 12:
In Mar 08 at 148 ... I'm probably most comfortable with how I look here... I wear a size 6/8.
This September on the occasion of my son's wedding. I'm weighing about 135 and wearing size 6:

i lost 152 pounds and i am now almost 5 years out.
I have gained 25 pounds back in the last 6 months due to some thyroid meds they put me on.
I am now trying to get back into those size 6's. I am in 8's now.
Everyone hang in there. It is so worth it.
