So long as the snacks have something like protein included, I see no reason NOT to snack...Yeah the calories climb when you do that but I think it's worth it to add the extra protein if you can.

Your list reminded me that I had a hotdog bun on Saturday. Actually, I had two buns...I found out those fast food sandwiches are really high calories.

Your list is short and sweet but it has alot of protein, I can tell...You did pretty good !
