Accountability Friday
My list. I know I'm short on water. Hopefully I can make it up later tonight. dancing lessons for my husband..
Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein isolate, soy milk, motts strawberry fruit cup and coffee (lots of coffee today..)
Snack: sugar free peanut butter cookie I got from Walmart. Yes, only one.
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick and 1 pc cotto salami
Lunch: 1/2 chicken quesadilla from the other day and a bean and cheese burrito (Tina's) this took nearly the whole afternoon to eat. I snacked on the burrito until it was nearly gone.
Snack: 1 serving of NSA Turtle Brownie...shouldn't have because I can't identify the nuts on it. Felt nasty afterwards so they might be walnuts. I need to trash that thing...Oh, give me strength.
Dinner: 5 oz buffalo steak burger with Jack cheese. 1/2 cup salad greens and 1 Tablespoon (probably) Thousand Island dressing.

Not too bad. I should stay away from the cookies. I definitely will tomorrow I figure...No wedding cake for me. LOL. Maybe half a cupcake or just a bite. We'll see how I feel and how it goes.

Going out for drinks w/ friends. I always have 1 rum & diet and 2 lite beers.
( This is what I drink over the coarse of a few hours and NO, I'm not driving. Since surgery, It doesn't take much to feel it)
Tonight (Saturday) I hope to have a VICTORY margarita, purchased by my husband. I'm ready SO READY for this to be over. The hall has added decorations for us to take down. I gave one cupcake holder to my sister for practice and another to my daughter to show her. I haven't gotten the one back from the bride yet..Have to do that. Then I remembered (about midnight last night) that the head table should include the SO's of the people who went to Hawaii. Instead of 8 it should be 10. Sheesh. So at 9 am I let the hall know and then call my sister and let her know. She's bringing the fancy glasses for the table.
That Margarita is looking really good right now. My reward for not crawling into a rubber room and screaming that I HAVE NO DAUGHTER...LOL.

Your list looks good. I love my popcorn! I used to share it with my little Petey dog and now that he's gone, Candy and Bandit don't especially love popcorn but if Mom is eating it, they're right in there. Sad, I have no popcorn buddy anymore...Oh well, didn't need the carbs THAT much. LOL.
Keep up the good work. Lays aren't too bad..They're more fat than carbs but in the amounts you're talking on a casserole? Not a problem at all.

My Friday...
Breakfast - Reduced sugar oatmel w/ calorie countdown milk
Lunch - Turkey and cheese on a mulitgrain english muffin
Snack - Protein shake
Snack - Banana w/ natural peanut butter
Dinner - Salad w/ grilled chicken, shredded cheese, and egg on top w/ low cal dressing
Snack - String cheese
Snack - 6 oz of calorie countdown milk
64 oz of water
I was defintely more snacky this day than usual, not sure why. I really felt hungry when I ate. Time of the month is due any day now so maybe that's why? Only good thing was I got in A LOT of protein yesterday (for me anyway) - 93 grams!
