Man oh man.....just when you think it can't get any worst? It gets worst
I am sure you are asking yourself, just how much more can we take
Stressful times like these can lead to us eating, not sleeping and the last thing we feel like doing is working out.
Like the old monkees song ":Going Down" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URb8h4dLKps we all feel like we are going down....
NOW is the time to be dillegent in our clean eating and doing anything to move and exercise to help with stress. Try water workouts, yoga, steam, a nice long walk. Go to the local library and read a calming book. i moved, i moved.
my sister met me for lunch today ( a healthy one) and we went to this beautiful reservoir nearby in Brick, NJ and we walked the course around, which is 1.6 miles. it was a lovely autumn day and i hope i can do this walk a few more times before it gets too too chilly
