Well, I don't have my times on this list and none of my water. I've been getting four 24 oz containers of water throughout the day but also have been taking my allegra, per doctor's orders for allergies...I know I'm dehydrating because my lips are dry and chapped...How to get enough water to combat the allegra? If you have a clue, clue me in...I'm stumped.

Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk and motts peach medley (no protein isolate today)

Two cups of coffee

1 oz cheese stick and a pc of cotto salami and a pear

1 24 container of water

1/2 a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a spoon of refried beans

1 24 container of water while shopping

1 24 container of water while taking an employment test

1 24 container of water while shopping again on the way home.

2 sugar free cookies before dinner

Dinner: 5 oz steak, 1/2 cup canned beets

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1494
Fat: 62.4
Carbs: 143.8
Protein: 100.0

Oh well, maybe I'll have some yogurt and tvp for dessert..

Good day but still dehydrated. How did you all do today?

I sure hear you on the serving of tortilla chips...I've measured out and counted 18 whole grain crackers so many times I can actually pick 18 (exactly) chips out of the bag now...perfectly. Practice makes perfect, they say.

My husband has weighed out chicken and beef so often that he can tell by looking (within a 1/4 of an ounce) 3 oz or 4 oz...He's really good at it now, I don't even check it..I know he knows how much is there.

Good day for you! Awesome. Keep up the good work!

You need to try and eat just alittle something instead of those nothings. How about a nice 1 oz cheese stick? Or maybe just a sliver of roast beef lunch meat? Nothing too huge but something that is small enough to be eaten and forgotten just as quickly...

The pizza topping is a good start.

hey, also, what about those protein water packets like Special K20? Those have a little protein in them and no calories or sugar...

That's why I have the sugar free stuff around. I figure it's MINE and I dont have to share it. The sugar stuff I have to share so I (in my mind) can give it  up.

I'm not brave enough for soda yet. I just don't miss it so I don't try it, even flat. I have this Power Edge or Morning Spark and it has what I miss from the sodas (CAFFEINE!)

Have a good weekend!
