Protein: 154.1 I didn't do too bad today..About noon I was at 1100 calories and 115 protein..Seriously no carbs and that's when I had the popcorn..Yummy but 21 grams of carb and it's not all that great carbs but it's what I wanted and wasn't a bad choice since I had low carbs to that point.

I ran my Turkey Trot Training; 5 min walk, 12 minute run, 2 minute walk and another 12 minute run ending with a 5 minute walk. It was a beautiful day out about 65 so I ran outside. I then did an hour of Zumba. My knees will be sore tomorrow but I could not resist a run and I had already committed to meeting two friends at Zumba. I went shopping at lunch and bough tmy first size 12 dress! I have not lost any weight since I started training for this 5 K but I have gone down a size! My 14's were tight now they are loose and I fit into several size 12 clothes today. I coud not afford to buy them but they fit! I did get a new exercise outfit and underwear including a new sports bra. This is too long; sorry! Have a great night!

I can't afford to buy clothes..Well, I could afford to buy them but I refuse to spend money on clothes since I never know if I'm going up or down so I buy clothes at Goodwill and American Way. Lots cheaper and if I only wear them for a little while (weight loss or gain) I don't feel quite so bad. YAY!! The scales are moving down again - getting off those extra pounds that crept on. Now if only I can keep this going I'll start moving below what I have been since 1 year out. I will weigh officially on Friday and post that on my tracker. Let's see how well I can do over the next two days til then.

1 slice toast with butter & peanut butter - not a good choice. I've got to watch those carb cravings today after this start.

Well, switch that single slice of toast to a good whole wheat toast and it's still not too bad. The cheesecake? a tablespoon of cheese cake as a little reward? Still good.

Hi dawn thanks for the peep info I to love these. and now i am getting a bunch and I am going to make the pro ice cream from egg face with them. I love to put them in the freezer and eat them cold. So thanks again. Still trying and scale not moving.
