5 DPT/liquids!
I hear ya!!! I always say I've done the 5dpt 2x's successfully, but started it probably 100x's, LOL!!!! If I can make it thru day 1 then I'm fine, but its so hard! I guess just remember any time you get hungry to down a protein shake or maybe at this time of year some of the high protein soups she has recipes for would help (I never used any soup, just protein shakes and s/f pudding). Since you don't keep a calorie count, don't stress over that. Also, warm tea or s/f caffeine free coffee is good this time of year too. Good Luck to You!

Try this - when you want to eat something, tell yourself you can have it if you still really want it after you've waited 15 minutes. You can even set a timer if you need to.
I find that if I do this, it gives me time to think about what's more important - the food in my mouth and loss of control, or being in control and sticking to my plan. And more times that not I'll skip the food!!!

I started the 5 DPT on Monday. I have done great. I tried on some clothes over the weekend and was totally upset with myself for gaining. Find a pair of jeans or one of your most favorite outfits when you were at what you felt was your best "feel good-look good" point. The aggravation of not being able to fit into smaller clothes is helping me out!! I am trying to keep thinking back when I was at my lowest weight and how good I felt, how good I looked and just keep that running through my mind constantly!
Hope this helps and good luck!
