Accountability Tuesday
Count down to the wedding reception on Saturday. I'm getting nervous! I bought electric tea lights today to go in the votives that will be mixed in with the cupcakes on the holders we are putting on each banquet table (my sister's idea - she's SO SMART!)

6:30 am oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk and motts peach medley
7:00 am 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc Cotto Salami
9:15 am 12 oz SoBe Protein Drink Mix, Tropical
10:15 am 4 oz shrimp, 1 cup salad greens, 1 ounce vineg dressing
10: 45 am 1 bag sunchips
11:30 am 12 oz SoBe Protein Drink Mix, Tropical
12:30 pm 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
2:00 pm 1 medium pear
3:00 pm 1 medium orange
3:30 pm 4 oz Dannon Yogurt, 1/4 cup TVP
4:30 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Orange
6:00 pm 4 oz Beef Steak, 1 small baked potato with Butter Buds, 1/4 cup canned green peas
6:30 pm 1/2 cup frozen yogurt, peanut butter fudge (Sugar Free)

Not too bad. I feel like I ate all day long, which I did...I'm possibly a container short on water. I may have to have one by my bed and drink it while watching the late night stuff...

You inspire me to try and eat better all the time. And you give me alot of really good ideas for things to eat. I hope I do that for you too...We all need support and this is where I get alot of mine...Thank you all!

The lights with the cupcakes sounds so pretty! My intake was not inspirational today! I agree i like to see what other people are eating. Today was one bad day I will do better tomorrow.

I had so many afternoon snacks because I had to work late to cover an ill call. The baked cheetos are gone now-Yeah! I am not going to eat any tootsie rolls tomorrow! No exercise but all my water and viatamins today.

Something about boiled eggs just doesn't work with me...Or didn't. It was one of the first things that I had trouble with and I didn't try them again for over a year. I did have a deviled egg some months back (this summer, actually) and did okay but they still scare me. LOL.
I have been doing regular bacon and chicken all the time. LOVE the protein from chicken..

Well, you can get sugar free peeps from the Just Borne company on-line. I know because at Easter I got hooked on those things and they are YUMMY! I bought all the ones at my local Rite Aid..LOL.
