B6 Toxcity?

Has anyone had B6 toxcity?  I've been seen by two neurologists to rule out ALS and MS.  Fortunately, I have neither of those.  However, he said I might have B6 toxcitiy.  I have numbness and tingling, coordination issues, overwhelming fatigue, muscle cramps and fasciculations (like a bug zapper in my legs) just to name a few symptoms.  Unknown to me, is that B6 excess isn't just excreted.  It stays in the body and affects the nerves.  It may take up to 3 years for this to go away and it may not go away at all if I do have it.

I'm waiting to hear about the lab test and immediatley cutting back on the vitamins.  I was taking 4 Optisource a day and one dropper of B complex.

So everyone be careful of B6.  I also have toxic levels of Vit  E.  I don't supplement E at all, only what is in the Optisource.

Funny how all of those symptoms are also of low B12. I have every one of those, and then some, and my B1 and B12 levels are shot.
