1hour of Zumba, I think I got all my water in, took my iron and 1/2 my calcium forgot the other half and my B-12. I forgot my password to the daily plate; need to re do that and start tracking again! One day down four to go!

You did really good yourself! A couple of tootsie rolls before your Zumba isn't a bad thing..If I had a dollar for everytime I forgot my vitamins and took them late, I'd had thousands of dollars! LOL.

It's hard to say what the issue is really. Some people (like me) can eat more calories and lose weight and some people eat only 1000 and gain..It's really an individual thing. Seeing your doctor is probably a good idea.
