Accountability - Sunday

Well, the stress goes on. We found a hall for the reception that was beautiful. Awesome. We put down a deposit and sent out invitations. Saturday, a week before the reception, the hall now tells us they double booked, we get THE BAR...Lovely. Instead of a nice fairytale reception hall (the room was PERFECT) we get the BAR. We don't even drink and aren't even having an open bar. We got scammed by the BPO Elks. I'm NOT Happy. '

So now that I'm bummed out completely (my daughter is going to be livid) I'll post my accountablity for sunday...Late but please forgive me. I'm really angry and I'll probably stew for the whole week..

So I had:

Breakfast: oatmeal, soy protein, soy milk, coffee
Second breakfast: 2 eggs, hashedbrowns, coffee and an english muffin (yup the whole thing)

Lunch: 1 chicken leg, left over. I didn't get to eat as much as I wanted because as soon as I left it for a second, my lovely Beagle decided it was hers. She got tossed outside for that.

Snack: Protein bar, SoBe Crispy Meal replacement.

Dinner: Chicken Mole and 1/2 cup long grain white rice.

Dessert: 1/2 cup Blue Bunny, NSA Ice cream

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1998
Fat: 59
Carbs: 220
Protein: 154.9

Not bad. Now if I can figure a way to decorate the BAR to look like HEAVEN...I'll be okay. Hopefully my very talented sister can give me some help..

How did you all do for Sunday. Better than I did, I'm sure. See ya!

Felt worse than **** Even the smell of food made me sick. Didn't eat or drink anything. But a sip of water to get down my acid reflux meds. Didn't even feel like taking my vitamins. So I had 0 calories. So I will try to load up for Monday and see if how that goes.

Love you all
Amy            thanks for not judging me......

Yeah, your list could have been better but you probably ran all those carbs out this weekend with two teen and tween girls. That's so much fun!

Back to the old grind stone this week...You'll do just fine.

See ya!

Oh no Dawn!!  That's horrid...BUT it's amazing what a bit of decorating can do to change a place completely.  I'm sure you and your sister are going to work wonders on the place.  I bet it turns out even better than you imagined.

Anyway, here's my Sunday - I'm pleased.  Did good today and feeling better for it.  I've had horrendous smelly gas lately - I know it's from the carbs and it's getting unbearable for me and those around me!!!

B - bagel with thin spread of cream cheese

S - decaf skinny cinnamon latte

L - low fat yoghurt, apple

D - home made chilli

You absolutely did wonderful! I love homemade chili. I'm a bit of an expert since we have had a competition at work here for five years and i've won four of those five (one year they neglected to tell me about it...they cheated!)

Yup. That bagel probably did it. It does it to me. Lately dense carbs haven't done me too bad. I had that english muffin and the gas didn't chase the dog away, which, it usually does.

Keep up the good work.
