Ok this is what is had.

b;coffee

l;tri tip and tortilla and salad
s; mini chocolate bar and handful of candy corn if I am going to gain I want to eat something good
d;cheese and chicken and shrimp small amount of bow ties and rice cant eat very much rice


64oz of water and 24 oz of cl lemonade and 2 8oz cups of herb tea. still up one more lb. Seems even if i eat nothing bad I still gain so I think i am going to try the 5 day test and see if that works.

I can feel your frustration. Not sure what the issue is. Any reason you don't eat breakfast? Maybe that would help. What are your calorie numbers? I've heard that sometimes when you try and lower the calories too much that the body holds onto the weight as a defense.

Maybe contact a nutritionist for answers?

I did stop eating breakfast and started doing a shake or south beach bar but sometimes i eat eggs. my cal are about 900 to 1000 a day i use fit day. I am going in to get some blood work done soon as i can get a friggin appt. they are booked. I went to a nut but the one i went to told me that a need to eat more carbs. I told her that i had RNY and if i eat allot of carbs i get sick and only gain. So i am going to try to find another one that is more WLS friendly.

And I wonder why I'm gaining weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  If I cut out the crap it would make a huge difference.  BUT I am improving, and I intend to keep improving rather than focus on where I've not done well.  These carbs have a hodl on me - I WILL beat them.

Breakfast:

Raspberry muffin
Decaf Skinny Vanilla Latte
Pack of chips

Lunch:
Egg salad baggette
chips - finally threw the bag in the bin as it was a large one and I kept dipping in and ate far too many.

Snack:
1 toffee

DInner:
Chilli with small amount of rice

Yup, carbs begat carbs actually. The more carbs you eat, the more carbs you want. I started adding in veggies and fruits as my carbs. I do have breads and rice occasionally but I do recognize the hold they have on me and keep them at arms length but it's HARD!

I keep the mini, single serving bags of Sun Chips around for those days when I really have to have a carb or two but I bought a big bag of those small packs about a month ago and haven't opened the bag. Maybe my Sun Chip days are over? Doubt it.

Breakfast:
1  egg and 1 egg white scrambled w/ ham & cheese
1 sice of lite wheat toast

Snack:
Apple
Carb/sugar control yogart

Lunch:
Salad.. grilled chicken, cheese, raw broccoli, cucumbers & lite italian

Snack:
Hot chocolate w/ 1/2 a scoop of protein in it

Dinner:
Lean cuisine southwestern panini.. This bread made me so full!

Snack:
More hot chocolate with protein in it

Then late night, went out with some friends and had 2 lite beers
