Hello! My daughter turned 13 today so we were out and about all day so my eating is a little off track. We had a good day!
Breakfast:
8 oz coffee
8 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk
10 ozProtein hot chocolate
Lunch:
6 inch Turkey & ham sub from subway
1/2 bag of lite FF lays.. these are good. only 75 calories for the bag
Snack:
Most of a big soft pretzel with cheese sauce
Dinner:
Bowl of white chicken chili
Salad bar.. all veggies except for the ham and boiled egg
1/4 C. broccoli salad
Snack:
1/2 C. NSA vanilla ice cream
1/2 a chocolate cupcake.. scraped the icing off.
I'll be back on track tomorrow!
Remember before surgery when blowing your diet involved a whole bag of something like oreo cookies? Getting off track is a soft pretzel and cheese and a subway sandwich? Doesn't that sound funny to you? LOL I think you did absolutelly awesome...So alittle cheese was involved? The cart ddn't do much but tilt alittle so tomorrow, you're just headed out in the right direction.

L) 2 torpedo shrimp tempura, 2 broccoli florettes tempura, 2 slices sweet potato tempura, 2 sticks zuchini tempura. Couldn't eat the rice, I was too full. Had 1/4 cup well chopped salad with ginger dressing.
S) Curried chickpea and spinach soup with a couple tablespoons basmati rice thrown in. ( I love soup!)
D) 3 oz chicken teriaki, and 1/2 cup ch****n lo mein.

There's just no way in the world that the calories you ate would add another pound...No way. BUT salt can do that. Sodium makes me swell up like a stuck pig. I eat something like ham and I gain a pound from one bite (well, maybe several) but it's got to be the salt doing it.
You did good on everything. One cookie had nothing to do with it.
Don't beat yourself up. Just keep on pluggin at it. it's gonna work.

Not a good day eating wise. But at least I finally stopped eating the junk and got a little bit of protein in at the end of the day!!!
