Not the Same Dawn

I basically quit eating and drinking while on vacation. It was horrible.

This morning: oatmeal, soy milk, tvp and a container of Motts Fruit - oh, and coffee: 2 cups

On the way to work: 12 oz of ice tea and no ice.

Didn't have a snac****il about 11 am: 1 oz cheese and 1 pc deli ham

Lunch: a meat burrito with no beans...well, about 2/3 of one anyway.

Dinner: 4 oz of broiled chicken leg and two bites of mashed potatoes.

Oh, and throughout the day I had maybe 60 ounces of water. I just lost all interest in any of this.

Totals for the day

Calories; 1364
Fat: 50
Carbs: 113
Protein: 114.5

At least my protein is high enough. High enough if the numbers for the burrito I had at lunch were right..which I think they're off but I don't know for sure.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Before Surgery: 214
Highest Weight: 240
Now: 125.6
Goal: 130

I was so pissed off at the doctor I went to bojangles and go a freaking caJon falet chicken biscut and a blttle of water and choaked the whold boy down. I drank with it to get it down and I did. My son ordered some Pizza with everything on it and I ate 2 slices of that. And then before I went to bed I ate a slice of peacan pie. I know this was wrong I will do better today.

I was doing fine yesterday, but then got ravenous last night, scarfed down a bowl of fiber one cereal with nuts and banana too fast, took my vitamins, and ended up throwing it all up. Not good. I hate throwing up so much-it always breaks the blood vessels around my eyes and makes me feel drained and sort of guilty, because my husband hears it and gets worried, and I get mad at myself for eating too fast. Anyway, here's what I did eat:
2 americanos with half and half
2 suisse mocha SF decafs
1 protein drink-Champion whey stack
Crustless quiche
1 cup homemade chicken-veggie soup, low carb, with 1 oz  cheddar cheese
1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese with 1 tsp homemade raspberry fruit spread
Ma Po tofu with ground pork and green beans, low carb
Panna cotta made with Greek yogurt, almond milk, and splenda, 1/2 cup
