Hello everyone  
I cant believe it's Monday already! I'm not sure if Dawn's coming back today so I'll just post this anyway while I have a few minutes. I had a pretty good eating day. Someone made cookies and I did have a little... could of did much worse!

Breakfast: (didn't feel like eating)
8 oz coffee with splenda & half n half
8 oz Chocolate calorie countdown milk

Snack:
Peach
1 1/2 lemon cookies

Lunch:
Pure protein bar

Snack:
Small garden salad with more raw veggies than lettuce
2 tbsp. of FF dressing

Dinner:
Smart One's frozen dinner
Collard greens (canned)

Snack:
NSA yogart
1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese rolled up with a lil mustard

Not a good day at all....
I worked the last 2 nights graveyard shift and that always gets me into a terrible eating routine.

breakfast-
protein poweder mixed in my coffee

snack-
individual snack size pringles potato chips

lunch-
1 cup ceasers salad
iced tea
candy corn

dinner-
1/2 cup spaghetti
small slice apple pizza

snack-
candy corn

AGRAAAAHHHHHHH
I can do better! I WILL do better !!!

You said you WILL do better so tomorrow is your day to do so! This halloween candy that's everywhere I go is driving me crazy too!

B) 5 melba garlic rounds with cheese
L) 2 oz  fried flounder, 2oz popcorn shrimp, 1/3 baked potato, roll, 1 cup salad with 1000 island dressing
S) Potato and spinach curry soup, about 1 cup
D) Veggie soup with toasted slice of country bread. 2 oz roast beef and 1 whole cooked carrot
S) Skinny cow chocolate milk, 8 oz

Low on protein, I am missing out on my protein drinks, it's difficult to get them in, I guess I could have skipped the curry soup and had the EAS.

Bad acid reflux day.

B...nothing
s...nothing
L...tried eating a healty choce dinner and got choaked
S...nothing   scared to eat..or drink I am home alone and don't want to choak.
D...My son was home so I thought I would try to eat. I had about 4 bites and got choaked. I go back to the doctor today and I feel like I will be in the hospital today. I know I will.  But it is o.k. I want to know what is going on. I am down 2 lbs. today. Sucks...........

Yesterday was a hormonal, hungry day, so I ate a lot more than usual, eating lots of fattening cheese and nuts. I pretty much ate all day long-aargh!
2 americanos with half and half
1 suisse mocha SF decaf coffee
1 protein drink
cheddar cheese stick
Crustless quiche
Big Mac, no bun (you can order it that way and it's served in a container with a fork!)
3/4 c pistachios in the shell
1/4 c mixed nuts and half a banana, with 1/4 c fiber cereal and almond milk
1/2 c beef spaghetti sauce with 1/4 c spaghetti squash
5 sugar-free lifesavers
Calories: 1,727
Carbs: 80g
Protein: 111g
